AI Project Manager - East (Contract)

About the Client:

Our client is a Regional Bank.

Responsibilities:

• The candidate is responsible for executing and managing Gen AI and data-related projects
• Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders and leverages technical expertise and project management skills to drive strategic Gen AI initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of regional projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are met.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.
• Act as the primary liaison between regional offices, central teams, and external partners.
• Communicate progress and challenges to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for future initiatives
• Lead resource planning, including staffing, budgeting, and procurement activities.
• Ensure projects adhere to corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in IT industry and 5 years in AI/ML project management.
• Foundational knowledge of AI, data analytics, and cloud technologies
• Experience in project management methodologies - Agile, Waterfall, Lean
• Experience in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems under pressure.
