AI Product Manager

Parcel Perform is looking for a passionate AI Product Manager excited to shape and scale AI powered product capabilities. This role is ideal for a strong product thinker who understands customer problems deeply and is motivated to apply AI to solve them in a practical, impactful way. In this role, you will work across our suite of AI-powered logistics and e-commerce solutions, driving both customer-facing features and internal efficiency initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Recognize, understand and document market and customer needs, identifying opportunities where AI can enhance product value and customer experience.

• Identify and champion opportunities to apply AI to improve internal operational efficiency, in addition to building customer-facing features.

• Work closely with Engineering and Data teams to translate validated business problems into AI driven features and capabilities.

• Define and maintain the roadmap for AI powered initiatives in collaboration with Product Leads, ensuring clear prioritization based on customer impact and commercial value.

• Produce clear business and functional requirements and partner with technical teams to ensure successful execution and delivery.

• Collaborate with Product Design to create and refine user experiences that make AI features intuitive and easy to adopt.

• Drive cross functional alignment across Engineering, Data, Solution Consulting, Sales and Customer Success to ensure strong product adoption and positioning.

• Act as a customer advocate by proactively engaging users to understand workflows, pain points and use cases, and validate AI solutions against real needs.

• Define high level themes, functionality and features based on Ecommerce and logistics use cases.

• Monitor product performance, customer feedback and usage data to continuously iterate and improve AI driven functionality.

WHO YOU ARE

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a Product Manager or related role, preferably in SaaS, Ecommerce, logistics or customer experience platforms.

• Strong product fundamentals including discovery, prioritization, roadmap management and stakeholder alignment.

• Genuinely excited about AI and believe it will fundamentally transform how products are built and how businesses operate.

• Motivated to build AI powered solutions that deliver practical, measurable value rather than experimentation for its own sake.

• Experience working on data informed, automation or intelligent product features, or strong interest in deepening your expertise in AI driven products.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide product decisions and measure impact.

• Experience working cross functionally with Engineering, Data, Design and Commercial teams.

• Ability to translate customer pain points into clear and actionable product requirements.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in ambiguity and taking ownership in a fast moving environment.

• Curious and proactive about understanding how AI works under the hood. You don't need to be deeply technical, but you are the kind of person who digs into how things work rather than treating AI as a black box.
