Responsibilities
About The Team

The Security Engineering team designs, builds, and maintains ByteDance's global security infrastructure, platforms, and services.

Our core responsibility is to develop scalable systems and tools that enable secure product operations across the company.

By delivering reliable, high-performance security solutions, the team protects ByteDance's global platforms and enhances business resilience.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the product management for the LLM security evaluation platform, including establishing the product strategy and roadmap

- Leverage a deep understanding of LLM technology and agent workflows, collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and efficient execution of product development

- Collect business team product requirements, and manage product feature planning, design, and execution. Coordinate with security engineering, algorithm teams and cross functional business teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product functionalities

- Proactively identify emerging product features based on user feedback and LLM/AI industry market trends. Provide independent product insights and innovative ideas to drive continuous product optimization.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, or related engineering majors, with 3+ years of experience as a technical product manager or software engineer.

- Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required for collaboration with key stakeholders and businesses based in China and across APAC for this role

- Strong passion in LLM knowledge and relevant application field such as agent workflows, as well as information security

- Proven experience in LLM products/projects or has solid AI side projects are a plus.

- A unique perspective on innovative products, with the ability to proactively identify and drive product improvements, continuously optimizing product features and user experience
