We are partnering with a leading investment management firm to hire an AI Product Manager to drive the development and adoption of AI-native products in the organisation.

This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of business, technology, and artificial intelligence, partnering with stakeholders that could include investment teams, finance, human resources, risk to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI solutions that enhance productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

You will define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI initiatives, working closely with business leaders and technology teams to identify opportunities where Generative AI, Agentic AI, advanced analytics, and automation can create measurable value.

You will translate business challenges into scalable AI products and solutions, manage delivery, and drive adoption across multiple functions. Key initiatives may include investment research copilots, knowledge management platforms, client servicing solutions, operational automation, risk and compliance tools, workforce productivity assistants, intelligent search capabilities, and AI-powered workflow optimisation.

You will be responsible for prioritising use cases, defining product requirements, establishing success metrics, and ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives, governance standards, and regulatory requirements. As a key member of the AI transformation journey, you will help shape the organisation's AI product strategy and identify new opportunities to leverage emerging technologies.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong track record of delivering technology, data, AI, or digital products within financial services or AI-native firms.

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, machine learning, and modern data platforms, with the ability to translate emerging technologies into practical business applications. Experience working with multiple business functions and managing diverse stakeholder groups will be essential.

Experience within investment management, asset management, hedge funds, private markets, wealth management, investment banking, fintech, or broader financial services environments will be highly advantageous.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to bridge business and technology teams to deliver impactful AI solutions at scale.
