AI Product Manager (Campus FY26 Graduate)

We're looking for an AI Product Manager who can bridge technology, business, and customer

needs to create AI-powered products that deliver real value.

You will work closely with engineering, AI, design, and business teams to define product

strategy, shape user experiences, and drive execution from concept to launch. This role is ideal

for someone who understands both the opportunities and limitations of modern AI technologies

and is excited about building products in a rapidly evolving landscape.

What You'll Do

Own Product Strategy and Roadmap

Define product vision, strategy, and priorities aligned with business objectives.

Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging AI trends.

Develop and manage product roadmaps, balancing short-term delivery with long-term

innovation.

Drive Product Development

Translate business and user requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.

Work closely with AI engineers and developers to deliver high-impact features.

Lead product planning, testing, iteration, and launch activities.

Champion the User Experience

Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market insights.

Design AI-powered workflows that are intuitive, reliable, and valuable to users.

Continuously improve product adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Leverage AI Innovation

Stay current with developments in LLMs, AI agents, RAG, automation, and emerging AI

technologies.

Evaluate new technologies and identify opportunities to create competitive advantages.

Ensure AI capabilities are aligned with customer needs and business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Strong understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs, conversational AI, AI agents, or

automation platforms.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in both English and Chinese (required).

Highly self-driven - able to advance work and engage business stakeholders independently

with minimal supervision (required).

Bonus Points

Experience launching AI-powered products.

Familiarity with prompt engineering, model evaluation, or AI workflow design.

Technical background in software engineering, data science, or machine learning.

Startup or high-growth company experience.

Self-initiated product / side projects (a signal of intrinsic drive)
