AI Product Manager AI Agents

AiryHR is an AI-native EOR and payroll platform serving the China–Singapore–Malaysia–Hong Kong corridor. We are turning deep HR consulting and operating expertise into agentic products that help companies hire, onboard, manage and pay people across borders.

We are hiring a full-time Product Manager to work across three product lines, in this order of priority: AI Agent, Core HR and ATS. This is an early-career role for candidates with 0–5 years of experience. Strong interns and recent graduates with substantial hands-on projects are welcome to apply for this full-time position. HR and payroll knowledge can be learned on the job and is not a prerequisite.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Start with one clearly scoped AI Agent use case, working with our CTO and engineers. Gradually expand into Core HR and ATS, with ownership matched to your experience.

• Turn real recruiting, HR and payroll workflows into clear product requirements, scoped releases, acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.

• Design agent workflows including tool use, context, structured outputs, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, evaluations and guardrails.

• Build and demo working prototypes, then partner closely with engineering to ship reliable products to real customers.

• Use customer feedback, product data and failure analysis to prioritise improvements and make practical trade-offs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You have personally built and can demonstrate a working AI agent or serious prototype through work, research, an internship, a hackathon, open source, a bootcamp or a substantial side project.

• You have hands-on experience with tool calling or multi-step agent workflows. Experience with MCP, RAG, evaluations or guardrails is a plus; you do not need to know every tool.

• You can demonstrate your work and explain your personal contribution. In the interview, we will explore how you tested it, what failed and what you learned.

• You think clearly about user problems and can work with engineers. Experience writing specs, scoping an MVP or making product trade-offs is a plus.

• You are technically independent enough to build a runnable prototype. This is a product role, not a software engineering role.

• B2B workflow or internal-tool experience is a plus. HR and payroll knowledge can be learned on the job.

• Chinese and English are both required for day-to-day work across our regional customer corridor.

• This is a full-time role, listed as hybrid in Singapore. Singapore-based candidates need valid work authorisation. Candidates elsewhere in UTC+8 may also apply; location-specific remote working and employment arrangements will be confirmed during interviews.

• A live demo, GitHub repository, product link or other evidence of something you personally built.

• Experience moving from business operations or system implementation into product and applied AI.

• Specific evidence such as metrics, system names, evaluation results and documented product decisions.

• Fast learning, strong ownership and comfort working with incomplete requirements.
