AI Product Manager Agentic Managed Services

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager - Agentic Managed Services to lead the strategy, development, roadmap and commercialization of AI-enabled managed services offerings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex business and operational challenges into scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions that deliver measurable client value and drive operational transformation. This role requires a strong combination of AI product management, managed services expertise, business strategy and senior stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy, vision and roadmap for AI-enabled and agentic managed services offerings.

• Identify client business challenges and translate them into scalable AI-driven products, solutions and service offerings.

• Develop comprehensive business cases, strategic roadmaps and value realization frameworks to support product investment and commercialization decisions.

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from opportunity identification and solution conceptualization through development, launch, adoption and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with AI, technology, engineering, operations, sales and delivery teams to develop commercially viable managed services solutions.

• Drive the integration of AI and agentic capabilities into enterprise managed services environments.

• Work with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow and SuccessFactors to identify opportunities for AI-enabled automation and transformation.

• Engage senior client stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, identify transformation opportunities and communicate the business value of proposed AI solutions.

• Define product success metrics and monitor adoption, operational performance, business outcomes and value realization.

• Develop product positioning, go-to-market strategies and commercialization plans in collaboration with sales and business development teams.

• Monitor developments in Generative AI, agentic AI, automation and enterprise technology to identify emerging opportunities and enhance the product portfolio.

• Provide product leadership across cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between business requirements, technology capabilities and client outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated experience in product management, technology consulting, managed services, digital transformation or related areas.

• Proven experience developing business cases, strategic product roadmaps and value realization frameworks.

• Strong experience managing and engaging senior client stakeholders and business leaders.

• Demonstrated experience developing, managing or commercializing technology-enabled products or managed services offerings.

• Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation and their enterprise applications.

• Experience working with at least one major enterprise platform such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow or SuccessFactors.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate technology capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across product, engineering, technology, operations, sales and delivery.

• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and strategic problem-solving skills.

• Ability to operate effectively within complex enterprise and client environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Management or a related discipline.

• Experience within IT consulting, technology services, enterprise managed services or digital transformation environments would be advantageous.

• Prior exposure to the commercialization or implementation of AI/GenAI-enabled enterprise solutions is preferred.
