AI Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities

AI Product Development

• Design and build production-ready AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI technologies
• Develop AI agents, copilots, workflow automation systems, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions
• Integrate foundation models through APIs and open-source frameworks

AI Engineering & Evaluation

• Build and improve AI evaluation frameworks, testing methodologies, and performance monitoring systems
• Implement guardrails, observability, and reliability measures for AI applications
• Debug, optimize, and continuously improve AI systems in production environments

Full-Stack Engineering

• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
• Build user-facing features and applications where required
• Work across cloud infrastructure, application services, and frontend technologies

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Support deployment, adoption, and continuous enhancement of delivered solutions

Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay current with advances in Generative AI, machine learning, and software engineering
• Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and AI technologies
• Contribute to engineering best practices and technical standards
