AI Product Designer

Minimum Qualifications:

1.35years of experience in UX or product design, with a proven ability to independently manage the entire design process from research to delivery; 2.Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch, with strong skills in creating high-fidelity prototypes and interaction designs; 3.Strong user research capabilities, including conducting interviews and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs; 4.Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and work alongside product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive project progress; 5.Clear and effective communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale; 6.English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:

1.Experience in designing AI products or working with generative models such as ChatGPT or Stable Diffusion; 2.Familiarity with voice user interfaces (VUI), multimodal design, or motion design to enhance interactive experiences; 3.Experience in building and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across products; 4.Background in designing developer tools or API platforms, with an understanding of technical contexts; 5.Experience in traditional internet product design, capable of handling standard requirements such as interactive events; 6.Participation in the end-to-end design of AI tools, with experience from concept to launch; Skills in brand design or visual communication to enhance product visual consistency and brand impact.
