Airy is among the first teams turning deep HR consulting expertise into a truly agentic-native product for recruiting and payroll — not another SaaS product with a copilot added on.

We are looking for a Founding AI Product Builder (Intern / Junior) with real hands-on agentic AI experience. Interns, recent graduates and candidates with around one year of experience are welcome. HR knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Redesign recruiting and payroll workflows as AI-native agent experiences.

• Define tool use, context, structured outputs, human-in-the-loop points and evals.

• Prototype with our CTO and engineers, ship to real customers and improve the product from live feedback.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You have personally built an agentic AI project or product through work, research, an internship, a competition or a serious personal project.

• You can explain how it worked, where it failed, how you evaluated it and how you improved it.

• You think clearly, learn fast and move forward with incomplete requirements.

• English is required; Chinese is a plus.
