Role Overview
You will lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered products and transformation initiatives. This includes working with clients to scope opportunities, managing internal and external development teams, and ensuring that each AI venture is strategically aligned and operationally executable.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver AI product roadmaps that align with business outcomes and client objectives.
- Translate business problems into AI opportunities through structured discovery, scoping, and data exploration.
- Manage full project lifecycles - from ideation and design to implementation, testing, and go-live.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, consultants, and client stakeholders).
- Develop project plans, timelines, and success metrics for AI and digital initiatives.
- Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and product iteration using agile methodologies.
- Identify, qualify, and manage strategic partners or vendors relevant to AI solution development.
- Prepare and present proposals, product demos, and progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the culture of innovation, sharing learnings and building repeatable frameworks for AI delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in AI, SaaS, or digital product management strongly preferred.
- Background in startups or innovation consulting is a plus.
- Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous and fast-evolving environments.
- Strong project management and product ownership skills - able to plan, prioritize, and communicate effectively.
- Comfortable working with data-driven tools, productivity platforms, and AI technologies (e.g., ChatGPT or equivalents).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking abilities.
- Collaborative and open-minded thrives on experimentation and iteration.
