Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AI leader to define and drive enterprise AI strategy, innovation, and solution delivery across regional markets. This role will be responsible for shaping AI transformation initiatives, engaging senior stakeholders, and building scalable AI capabilities across multiple industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise clients to shape Data & AI strategies, identify transformation opportunities, and deliver strategic advisory engagements.
- Facilitate AI and data workshops, assessments, and innovation sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
- Define and execute the organization's AI vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities aligned to business objectives.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions across enterprise ecosystems, cloud platforms, IoT environments, and business applications.
- Drive AI adoption across use cases involving machine learning, generative AI, intelligent automation, computer vision, NLP, and advanced analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, automation, and business value creation.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across AI engineering, data science, and solution delivery.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and industry trends to strengthen AI innovation capabilities.
- Establish partnerships with technology vendors, ecosystem partners, and research communities to accelerate AI initiatives.
- Support solution architecture, technology selection, and capability development for enterprise AI programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline (Master's preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in technology, with significant experience leading AI, data, or intelligent automation initiatives.
- Proven experience in enterprise AI strategy, consulting, or transformation leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Intelligent Automation.
- Exposure to enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle ERP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
- Experience with cloud ecosystems such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing large-scale transformation programs and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Regional experience across Southeast Asia is preferred.
