Job Description

Job Descriptions:

1. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for cloud platform products, aligning with corporate growth objectives.

2. Lead and manage a regional sales team, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and daily operations.

3. Set annual sales targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure team execution meets or exceeds revenue and margin goals.

4. Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to refine offerings based on market feedback and client requirements.

5. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to enhance brand visibility and build strategic relationships.

6. Drive key enterprise deal closures, personally lead high-value negotiations, and act as executive sponsor for major accounts.

7. Provide regular executive-level reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirement:

1. 8+ years of experience in enterprise software, cloud computing, or infrastructure sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

2. Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing sales teams, ideally in international markets.

3. Strategic mindset with strong business acumen able to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.

4. Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders.

5. MBA or equivalent business/management education is a plus.

6. Familiarity with GPU cloud, AI training/inference workloads, or high-performance computing environments is a strong advantage.
