Participate in full-stack development of web products, using Node.js + Koa/Nest.js to build backend services and RESTful APIs, and using React/Vue to implement responsive interactive pages.
Design database schemas and optimize queries for MySQL/MongoDB, with basic proficiency in ORM frameworks (TypeORM/Sequelize).
Deeply integrate AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) throughout the development lifecycle - leveraging AI for code generation, refactoring, unit test writing, and bug fixing - while reviewing and fine-tuning AI‑generated code to ensure quality and security.
Participate in basic deployment and operations on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and understand the basics of Docker containerized development environments.
Collaborate with the team on code reviews, technical documentation, and agile iterations, following Git Flow conventions.
Keep up with the latest trends in AI‑assisted development, and explore potential integration of LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI API, Claude API) into real business scenarios.
Assist in system performance analysis and basic troubleshooting, continuously improving application experience and stability.
Requirements
Mandatory
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (2025/2026 graduate) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Node.js Backend Fundamentals: Familiar with Node.js asynchronous programming model, event loop, and built-in modules knowledge of at least one backend framework (Nest.js / Koa).
Frontend Basics: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) familiar with at least one frontend framework (React or Vue), able to independently build page components.
Database Basics: Ability to write SQL queries, basic understanding of MySQL or PostgreSQL experience with ORM (TypeORM) is a plus.
Version Control & Collaboration: Proficient in Git for code management and team collaboration.
AI Tool Proficiency: Have used at least one AI‑assisted programming tool (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) in practical coding or course projects. Able to leverage AI to generate code snippets, add comments, explain complex logic, and reasonably review/optimize AI‑generated content.
Nice-to-Have
Own technical blog, GitHub repository, or have contributed to open‑source projects.
Basic knowledge of Docker (writing Dockerfiles, using docker-compose).
Experience with TypeScript in projects.
Basic understanding of Redis (caching, session management).
Familiarity with basic cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda) on AWS, Alibaba Cloud, or Azure.
