We are looking for a hands-on AI/ML/GenAI Engineer to join our AI & Data Department. If you're passionate about building cutting-edge AI solutions, driving GenAI adoption, and shaping the future of digital transformation - this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop & deploy AI, ML & GenAI models and applications.
- Lead chatbot & automation initiatives using MS OpenAI, AI Search, Power Platform, etc.
- Evaluate and benchmark Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, LLaMA, Claude.
- Collaborate on functional/process design, prototyping, testing & deployment.
- Drive innovation & experimentation to unlock new business use cases.
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, governance & compliance standards.
- Provide support & maintenance to ensure reliability and scalability.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years in IT, with 6+ years in AI/ML/GenAI solutions.
- Degree in AI, Data Science, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in Azure Cloud, MS OpenAI, AI Search, Form Recognizer, ADLS, Cosmos DB.
- Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, REST API development, React, Spring Boot.
- Experience with VectorDB, NoSQL, RDBMS, and MLOps/DataOps pipelines.
- Solid understanding of LLMs & agentic AI.
- Background in the banking/financial sector is a plus.
