AI / ML Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on AI / ML Engineer to support the build, integration, and analysis of AI solutions in a banking-regulated environment.

This role focuses on execution, working closely with the Senior Consultant to implement ML pipelines, governance controls, and integrations, rather than producing documentation-heavy deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support AI/ML pipelines aligned with governance and compliance requirements.
• Implement engineering controls related to:

• Model traceability

  Monitoring and validation

  Explainability and audit readiness

• Support integration of ML solutions with data platforms and enterprise systems.
• Assist in translating governance requirements into technical implementation tasks.
• Participate in analysis related to model risk, controls, and compliance gaps.
• Support delivery milestones and hands-on implementation activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Practical understanding of ML model lifecycle and deployment processes.
• Exposure to governance, risk, or compliance concepts in AI/ML (even if not deep).
• Experience working in banking or financial services environments.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience supporting AI governance or model risk initiatives.
• Familiarity with compliance-driven development environments.
• Exposure to documentation standards (secondary, not primary).
