AI/Machine Learning Engineer (Junior/Senior)

We are seeking a full-time, permanent AI/Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions using large datasets to address business challenges and generate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Develop, train, test, and optimise machine learning and deep learning models.
• Apply statistical techniques to evaluate model performance and accuracy.
• Deploy and integrate ML models into production systems through APIs.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve model performance.
• Collaborate with software engineering and DevOps teams on solution delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Machine Learning implementation, deployment, and statistical data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data wrangling.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other machine learning frameworks.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, data visualisation, and database management.
• Experience with R, SAS, Qlik Sense, or Power BI is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, and DevSecOps is a plus.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum development methodologies is preferred.
