They have an international presence in over 100 countries worldwide and are looking out for an AI Team Lead to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.
Location: Jurong West area (Islandwide company transport available)
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 7.25am - 5pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Team Management: To lead, manage and oversee a team of AI Engineers. Guiding them on technical knowledge, project management and execution, problem solving and establishing communications between internal and external stakeholders
- Project Management: Work and engage relevant stakeholders in managing and seeing through projects from start till end
- AI Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain AI systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Data Management: Collect, pre-process, and analyze large datasets to train and validate AI models.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholder, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and implement best practices to enhance our AI capabilities.
Requirements:
- Education qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning or relevant field
- At least 4 - 5 years work experience with AI/ML projects
- Experience leading a team of at least 2 - 3 AI Engineers
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, techniques, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
