Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI governance frameworks tailored to industries, jurisdictions, and scale.
- Conduct AI risk and compliance audits, identifying gaps and creating remediation roadmaps.
- Advise on regulatory frameworks including EU AI Act, Singapores AI Verify, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OECD, and emerging APAC approaches.
- Translate principles of fairness, transparency, accountability, and human oversight into operational practices across the AI lifecycle.
- Partner with CTOs, CISOs, and boards to embed governance checkpoints into MLOps / DevOps pipelines.
- Produce thought leadership: white papers, workshops, training sessions, and board briefings.
About You
- 7+ years in AI policy, ethics, compliance, or risk management.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their societal, ethical, and regulatory impact.
- Experience applying global standards (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OECD).
- Skilled communicator who can explain complex compliance and risk concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
- Comfortable bridging legal, technical, and business teams to deliver actionable governance.
