We're looking for engineers who don't just use AI tools, but push them to their full potential to build and ship production software.

About the Role:

We're looking for a versatile, full-stack engineer with a strong command of frontier AI tooling and a track record of turning it into production software.

The best engineers today deliver several times more by directing AI coding agents rather than out-typing them. You adopt new tools quickly, hold a high bar for clean, reasoned architecture, and take full ownership of what you ship.

We see this as a mutual fit. If building the infrastructure that makes AI agents reliable in production is work you want to commit to, this is the right place for it.

You'll work across the stack - Rust on the backend, React (and ideally React Native) on the frontend - and own features end to end, from the agent runtime to the interface users interact with.

What You'll Do:

• Build and ship AI-powered, AI-native products end to end.
• Design and operate production-grade agentic workflows and AI agent systems — harnesses, iterative execution, and feedback loops.
• Drive delivery using AI coding agents (Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent), and take full ownership of the output: review it, test it, stand behind it.
• Develop backend services in Rust and frontend experiences in React / React Native.
• Own production fundamentals — testing, observability, reliability, and security — as part of the definition of done.

Who We're Looking For:

You probably recognize yourself in one or more of these:

• You've built and shipped AI-powered or AI-native products.
• You use AI coding agents daily to deliver production software, and you own the results.
• You've designed agent or coding-agent harnesses and worked with iterative execution and feedback loops (loop engineering or equivalent agent-driven development).
• You're strong across the stack — comfortable in Rust on the backend and React on the frontend.
• You hold a high bar for architecture, reliability, and craft.

Above all, you take ownership and deliver quickly without compromising on engineering fundamentals.

Requirements:

• Experience building and shipping AI-powered or AI-native products.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding agents to deliver production software (Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent).
• Experience building production-grade agentic workflows and AI agent systems.
• Experience designing agent or coding-agent harnesses, with iterative agent execution and feedback loops (loop engineering or equivalent agent-driven development practices).
• Able to review, test, and take ownership of AI-generated code.
• Backend: comfortable building with Rust (or a strong systems background with a genuine drive to go deep on Rust).
• Frontend: strong React experience; React Native preferred.
• Strong production engineering fundamentals: testing, observability, reliability, and security.

Nice to Have

• A demonstrable public track record — open source, build-in-public, or agent experiments (GitHub, personal projects).
• Experience operating agents at scale, or building developer tools and infrastructure for other engineers.
• Experience building your own agent harness or loop tooling.
