$ 4500 -$ 6500 + AWS + Variable Bonus !!
Overview
We're looking for an AI Engineer to design and implement advanced AI/ML solutions that solve real-world business problems. This role combines technical expertise with business impact, from building prototypes to guiding stakeholders in AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and translate business challenges into AI/ML solutions.
- Design and deliver end-to-end AI projects, from PoC to production-ready prototypes.
- Assess data readiness, quality, and governance for AI applications.
- Research and apply emerging technologies (Generative AI, LLMs, MLOps).
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring prototypes into production.
- Communicate AI value and ROI to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Or 1- 3 years in AI/ML engineering, solution design, or data science.
- Strong in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and LangChain.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps.
- Track record of deployed AI solutions or publications in top AI conferences.
- Domain knowledge in logistics/shipping/supply chain is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
