About the Programme
Successful applicants will go through a fully sponsored, full-time BootCamp (34 months) followed by deployment to our hiring partners.
BootCamp Phase
- Duration: 34 months
- Full-time, in-person training
- Monthly training allowance provided
- Curriculum focused on AI engineering, model development, deployment, and evaluation
Deployment Phase
- Duration: 3 years
- Full-time salaried position
- Work on impactful AI projects across sectors
- Continued mentorship and upskilling provided
What You&aposll Do
- Build and prototype AI-powered MVPs
- Design, train, and fine-tune models for real-world use cases
- Apply advanced AI techniques such as meta-learning, prompt engineering, and in-context learning
- Optimise models for performance, scalability, and deployment
- Leverage open-source tools and modern frameworks to support AI product development

Preferred (but not required) Technical Skills
If you already have some experience, great, but no experience is required to apply.
- Python programming
- Deep learning frameworks: PyTorch, Hugging Face, PyTorch Geometric
- Model architectures: Transformers, RNNs, GNNs, HGNNs
- Tools: Nvidia NIMs, Nvidia Triton, VLLM
- Familiarity with concepts like reinforcement learning, meta-learning, or graph theory is a plus
