We are seeking an AI Engineer to strengthen our AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

. Design and build AI models, or AI-enabled operations architecture

. Deploy AI solutions that are secure, scalable, and maintainable

. Optimize database input and output systems using AI-enhanced techniques

. Assist in developing ML pipelines and workflows using appropriate tools and frameworks

. Research and monitor industry trends, with attention to AI security, explainability, and compliance

. Support internal tool development for automation and data analysis

. Contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions on AI tools and practices

Requirements

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

. Bachelor's degree specialized primarily in Artificial Intelligence

. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin language (both written and verbal) for client communications and tech development

. Experience with Python, SQL, Git, and at least one major ML framework

. Strong understanding of supervised learning, model evaluation, and data handling

. Familiarity with team-based development workflows

. Scoping AI business use cases and delivering lightweight working prototypes

. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

. Project experience requiring stakeholder management and AI deployment

. Exposure to OpenAI, LangChain, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation

. Experience deploying models using REST APIs or cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

. Awareness of AI safety and privacy concerns, such as data leakage or model robustness and appropriate mitigation frameworks

. Responsible for AI-driven solutions integrated into real-world applications
