About the Role

Leading a specialized technical team, this position balances hands-on architecture and execution with team leadership to design, build, and deploy production-grade artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions.

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of engineers while driving technical standards, code quality, and delivery milestones.
Architect and implement production systems, focusing on large language model applications, multi-agent workflows, retrieval architectures, and predictive modeling.
Oversee data ingestion pipelines, system APIs, scalability, and automated CI/CD practices across high-throughput environments.
Partner with cross-functional operational stakeholders to evaluate technical feasibility, enforce data privacy and security frameworks, and align systems with regulatory governance standards.
Monitor emerging industry advancements and integrate relevant modern architectures into existing infrastructure.

Skills and Experience

Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
Proven track record in developing and releasing production machine learning systems, with technical lead or team management experience (at least 1-2 years)
Hands-on proficiency deploying LLM-based solutions, agentic workflows, and retrieval-augmented systems (2 years).
Strong technical background in Python, modern machine learning frameworks, orchestration tooling, and cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), 5 years of experience.
Experience with governance frameworks, model evaluation metrics, and building reliable, scalable data pipelines.
Background operating within enterprise environments with stringent compliance, confidentiality, or data governance requirements is advantageous.
