AI Engineer (Machine Learning / Gen AI)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions to support product features.
• Build and maintain AI services and APIs for integration with web applications.
• Prepare and process data for model development, testing, and evaluation.
• Implement LLM application workflows (e.g.,prompting, embeddings, retrieval/RAG) and optimize for quality, latency, and cost.
• Conduct model evaluation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Follow secure coding practices, documentation standards, and participate in code reviews.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science / AI / Data Science / Software engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Python good software engineering fundamentals (API development, testing, documentation).
• Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts and model evaluation.
• Familiar with RESTful APIs and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Able to work independently with good communication skills.

Added Advantage

• Experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker/CI/CD, vector databases, or MLOps tools.
