Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for an AI Engineer. The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to enable AI-driven healthcare solutions. Responsibilities include building algorithms for data analysis, improving system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective tools. The role also involves maintaining AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, and implementing safe deployment practices.

Specifically, the core responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Core Agent Development: Develop the modules that allow agents to plan, reason, and execute workflows.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize prompt engineering and RAG retrieval accuracy to meet
• strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Rapid Prototyping: Rapid iteration to demonstrate value to clients quickly
• Production Engineering: assist in deploying agents into production, utilizing cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

Required:

• In-depth understanding in the concepts of generative AI, AI agents and software engineering
• Strong programming skills in Python and Typescript
• Proficient in using AI copilot, such as claude code or codex, and other AI productivity tools
• Bachelor's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related field from a QS top 100 university, with strong academic track records
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms and tools for model deployment and scaling
