Job Description
AI Engineer /AIML Engineer
Location: Singapore (Any Locals )
Role Overview:
Seeking a mid-level AI Engineer with design, deploy, and scale intelligent applications and generative AI solutions. You will translate complex business needs into robust AI models and production-ready MLOps pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model Development & Fine-Tuning: Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning and Generative AI/LLM models for production use cases.
- Pipeline & System Integration: Integrate AI models with existing backend systems, databases, and RESTful APIs.
- MLOps & Optimization: Monitor model performance, automate deployment pipelines, and optimize inference latency and compute costs.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional software, data, and business teams to deliver scalable AI features.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- Eligibility: Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR).
Top 3 Must-Have Skills (Separate):
- Generative AI & LLM Frameworks: Hands-on experience fine-tuning, embedding, and deploying LLMs using frameworks like PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- Production MLOps & Cloud Deployment: Demonstrated ability to build automated training/inference pipelines and deploy models on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using Docker/Kubernetes.
- Advanced Python & Software Engineering: Strong proficiency in production-grade Python development, data manipulation libraries (NumPy, Pandas), API integration (FastAPI/Flask), and software design principles.
