We're a Singapore-based startup building products powered by Claude and modern AI. We're a small, fast-moving team where early engineers get real ownership - you'll be shipping features, not just tickets.

What You'll Do

• Design and build core product features using Claude's API and modern large language model (LLM) tools to deliver innovative AI solutions
• Own product features end-to-end, from prototype development through to production deployment, ensuring quality and usability
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to shape product direction and align engineering efforts with business goals
• Establish and improve engineering practices as an early team member to support scalable and maintainable product development

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in software engineering
• Strong fundamentals in at least one modern programming language such as Python, TypeScript, or Go
• Genuine curiosity about AI and LLMs demonstrated through side projects, hackathons, or relevant coursework involving Claude, GPT, or similar technologies
• Work autonomously within a small team environment, contributing to rapid iteration and delivery of product features
• Candidates without work experience are welcome to apply too

Nice to Have

• Experience with agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or fine-tuning of AI models
• Contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio of independent software projects demonstrating technical skills
• Prior internship experience at a technology company or startup environment
