Overview
We are looking for a Conversational AI specialist to support the training, optimisation, and maintenance of an enterprise chatbot platform. The role involves improving chatbot performance through model training, conversation flow optimisation, and knowledge base administration.
Responsibilities
Train and fine-tune chatbot models for intent recognition, entity extraction, and response accuracy.
Manage and update the chatbot knowledge base to ensure information accuracy and relevance.
Monitor chatbot performance and optimise responses using data analytics and user interaction insights.
Improve conversation flows and support ongoing maintenance of the chatbot system.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in chatbot development, training, or administration.
Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.
Experience with intent classification, entity recognition, and conversational AI platforms.
Experience in chatbot performance monitoring and optimisation.
Preferred
Experience with government or enterprise chatbot deployments.
Familiarity with LLM-based chatbots or conversational AI frameworks.
