About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and curious Software / AI Engineer to join our growing team in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer who is passionate about building modern applications, exploring AI-driven solutions, and growing into a well-rounded technologist. You will work closely with senior architects and practice leads on client-facing projects across government, enterprise, and regulated industries.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and deploy full stack web applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and cloud-native backend services

Build and configure workflows on low-code/no-code platforms and workflow automation engines to streamline business processes and integrations

Work with Backend-as-a-Service (BaaS) platforms for rapid application development, including database design, authentication, edge functions, and real-time data services

Integrate AI and large language model capabilities into applications and automation pipelines

Participate in presales activities including solution prototyping, technical demonstrations, and proof-of-concept development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on UI/UX implementation, API design, and DevOps practices

Contribute to internal tooling, reusable templates, and delivery accelerators

What We're Looking For

13 years of hands-on experience in software development (fresh graduates with strong portfolios will be considered)

Solid foundation in full stack development comfortable working across frontend frameworks (React or equivalent), REST/GraphQL APIs, and relational or document databases

Exposure to or strong interest in low-code/BPM platforms and workflow automation tools

Familiarity with modern deployment and hosting platforms, serverless architectures, and CI/CD pipelines

Awareness of AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, or experience calling LLM APIs is a strong plus

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

Understanding of Singapore government procurement processes or experience in regulated industry projects

Due to project-specific clearance requirements, this role is open to candidates who are able to meet the necessary eligibility criteria for such clearances.
