AI Engineer / AI R&D Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

.Participate in core development and integration of large language model (LLM) projects

.Design and implement model research, fine-tuning, or deployment tasks based on Transformer architecture

.Build agentic AI systems by integrating API calls, contextual memory, and reasoning capabilities to accomplish complex tasks

.Collaborate closely with the product team to deploy AI solutions in real-world business scenarios

.Stay up to date with cutting-edge AI advancements (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Meta, Anthropic, Deepseek) and incorporate innovations into the team.

Qualifications:

Education & Background:

.Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent skills/experience

.Master's or Ph.D. degree preferred

Technical Skills:

.Strong familiarity with LLM-related technologies (e.g., Transformer, fine-tuning, RAG) with practical usage or development experience

.Proficient in at least one AI framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow

.Skilled in one or more programming languages such as Python or Java familiarity with AI developer tools (e.g., Cursor, WindSurf)

.Experience building AI agent projects (e.g., using LangChain, MCP protocol)

.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their AI-related services is a plus.

Other Requirements:

.Fluent in English & Mandarin with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently (for cross-functional collaboration, documentation, and external communication relevant to the role)

.Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies

.Candidates must meet Singapore's employment eligibility and regulatory requirements.
