Design and prepare manufacturing drawings of electrical switchboards
Assemble modular drawings base on the panel design
Perform Weight, Heat loss calculations and Air Flow simulations as required
Prepare Material Order Lists for Mechanical parts
Liaise with vendors for Material enquiries
Work closely with Manufacturing & Production team
Perform other duties as directed by supervisor
Requirements:-
Minimum Diploma/NITEC in Mechanical Engineering
Knowledge in BIM, VertexG4 and AutoCad M&E 3D drawings
Mechanical background with 2D and 3D drafting skills
Able to read and interpret manufacturing blueprints and specifications, recognize and identify different types of materials/sheet metals used in switchboards
Proficient in 3D software, flat pattern development, PC skills and able to learn new software applications quickly
Attention to details with capability of self-checking for accuracy
