Independent / Freelance Trainers/ Coach / Mentors who can advise and challenge SME founders, CEOs, and senior leadership teams with Strong Digital Transformation/ Gen AI fluency

SolveCube is working with global consulting firms, mid and large enterprises across Asia and Middle East to fulfill their expert needs for short-term, part-time, interim and turnkey assignments.

Our Client is looking to bring on board a Digital Transformation Coach as an AI Expert for the client's Digital Acceleration Programme in Singapore.

Role Overview

We are hiring experienced Digital Transformation Business Advisors to coach SMEs in building practical digital roadmaps and delivering a GenAI initiative.

Within a structured, digital acceleration programme, you will work directly with SME owners and leadership teams to translate business priorities into a clear digital roadmap and implement a well-defined GenAI initiative.

Your role is to ensure both the digital roadmap and the first GenAI initiative are commercially sound, technically feasible, and implementation-ready. This requires strong commercial judgement, solid digital and AI fluency, and the ability to work alongside consultants and technology vendors to ensure successful delivery.

This is not open-ended consulting or purely classroom-based instruction. We are looking for individuals with real-world operating experience, strong commercial judgement, and the confidence to challenge and guide SME leaders to translate digital ambition into measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

As part of a structured, programme, you will:

• Coach SMEs to develop and refine a structured, execution-ready digital roadmap aligned to their business priorities

• Challenge assumptions and refine problem statements to ensure clarity of objectives and measurable KPIs

• Identify and prioritise high-impact digital/AI use cases that address core business needs

• Define required initiatives, sequencing, ownership, and milestones within the roadmap

• Stress-test ROI logic, feasibility, and sequencing to ensure initiatives are commercially sound and realistically executable

• Advise on implementation requirements, including governance, data readiness, technology enablers, organisational capability, and risk mitigation

• Critically review and validate solution design of GenAI solution to ensure practicality, scalability, integration fit, and likelihood of delivering intended outcomes, working with technology vendors where relevant to validate scope, feasibility, and implementation approach

• Support early-stage execution of the first GenAI initiative to increase the probability of successful deployment

• Flag risks early and guide corrective action where needed

• Partner closely with facilitators to maintain rigour and consistency across companies

• Challenging assumptions and sharpening problem statements to focus on real business impact

• Exercising strong commercial judgement to assess initative ROI, feasibility, sequencing, and trade-offs

• Evaluating digital/AI solution designs for practicality, scalability, and integration fit

• Working effectively with technology vendors to validate scope and implementation approach

• Engaging and constructively challenging SME founders, CEOs, and senior leadership teams

• Communicating complex digital/AI concepts in clear, commercially grounded language

• Balancing transformation ambition with operational realities and resource constraints

You Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

• 15+ years of hands-on experience delivering digital/AI initiatives within organisations, with direct implementation accountability.

Experience with productionising AI use cases (not just experiments/MVP) within SMEs

• Proven experience building digital transformation roadmaps for organisations

• Experience working with technology vendors, including evaluating proposals, managing trade-offs, and overseeing delivery

• Demonstrated ability to advise and challenge SME founders, CEOs, and senior leadership teams

• Strong digital/AI fluency

• Strong executive facilitation skills, with the ability to guide structured discussions, challenge assumptions, and drive alignment amongst business leaders

Education: • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
