About the Role

• We are seeking a highly motivated Senior AI & Data Science Researcher to join a multidisciplinary research team focused on advancing the application of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science to solve complex real-world challenges.
• In this role, you will lead and contribute to research projects involving machine learning, statistical modelling, large-scale data analytics, and AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with fellow researchers, technical experts, and stakeholders to develop innovative methodologies, validate research outcomes, and translate findings into practical impact.
• This position is well suited for researchers who enjoy tackling challenging problems, working across multiple domains, and contributing to high-impact research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and related fields.
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate models, algorithms, and analytical approaches.
• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning and statistical models using large and complex datasets.
• Analyze experimental results, identify insights, and formulate evidence-based recommendations.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to define research objectives and project deliverables.
• Produce high-quality technical reports, research papers, proposals, presentations, and documentation.
• Present research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies, research developments, and industry trends in AI and Data Science.

Requirements

• PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, Computational Linguistics, Engineering, or a related research discipline.
• Strong foundation in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistical Analysis, and Experimental Research Methodologies.
• Experience developing machine learning models and conducting data-driven research.
• Proficiency in Python and common AI, machine learning, or data science libraries and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and research outcomes.
• Experience designing experiments, evaluating model performance, and validating research findings.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Research experience gained from universities, research institutes, government laboratories, or R&D organizations.
• Experience in Big Data Analytics, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Generative AI, or other advanced AI domains.
• Track record of publications, patents, research grants, or industry-academic collaborations.
• Experience mentoring research assistants, research fellows, or junior researchers.
