AI, DATA & ROBOTICS | OPERATIONS LEAD, GLOBAL DATA OPERATIONS

We are working with a fast-growing international AI data and simulation technology company operating at the intersection of AI, data and robotics as it builds out internationally, with Singapore forming part of its global operations.

We are looking for an experienced data operations professional who enjoys building and scaling operations rather than simply running an established playbook.

Reporting to the Head of Global Operations, this is a hands-on role supporting the company's international data-collection network. You will help turn evolving operational activities into consistent and repeatable practices that can be adopted across countries, internal teams and external vendors.

• Help establish the operating framework for international data collection, including SOPs, quality standards, training systems and certification programmes.
• Work with external vendors to accelerate onboarding, strengthen their delivery capabilities and improve capacity, quality and productivity.
• Develop practical training materials, operating manuals, case studies, FAQs and knowledge bases that allow operational expertise to be shared and reused.
• Use performance data to identify bottlenecks, investigate quality issues and improve operational delivery.
• Partner with Operations, Product, R&D, Algorithms and Logistics to translate changing technology, equipment and business requirements into workable operating practices.
• Support the introduction of these standards and practices as the company enters new markets and expands its vendor network.

The successful candidate will have operated data-delivery or similarly complex frontline operations, with evidence of having contributed to areas such as:

• Building and scaling operations across multiple markets
• Developing SOPs, playbooks, training or operational frameworks
• Managing or enabling external vendors and distributed teams
• Using data to improve quality, productivity and delivery
• Leading complex cross-functional projects
• Working in fast-moving technology environments

You should be:

• Experienced in AI training data, data collection, data annotation, autonomous driving, robotics or another technology-enabled environment
• Fully proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese, including speaking, listening, reading and writing
• AI-native, using LLMs, AI agents and automation tools as part of how you work
• Degree-qualified and willing to travel internationally as required
