AI Data Analyst - Lead

We are looking for an experience Lead AI Data Analystfor our client. He/she should have at least 8 years of proven experience in data analytics, Power BI, AI, and hands on leading end-to-end technical delivery. The ideal person should be skilled at translating business needs into actionable insights, driving adoption of enterprise-scale analytics and AI solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities

Data & Analytics Leadership

. Drive the development and implementation of enterprise-level analytics solutions, including dashboards and reporting layers

. Establish and maintain best practices for data modelling, data quality, and reporting standards

. Oversee the design and review of data pipelines, transformations, and analytical deliverables

AI & Advanced Analytics

. Lead initiatives involving AI-driven solutions such as automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent data tools

. Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable analytics and AI use cases

. Ensure outputs are accurate, reliable, and suitable for operational deployment

BI & Self-Service Analytics Enablement

. Champion the adoption of business intelligence tools, including governance, performance tuning, and efficient data usage

. Promote self-service analytics capabilities across business units while ensuring consistency and control

. Support readiness for AI-assisted analytics and next-generation BI capabilities

Team Leadership & Development

. Provide guidance and mentorship to analytics and data professionals

. Set priorities, review deliverables, and support resolution of complex technical challenges

. Drive continuous improvement in team capabilities across analytics, AI, and data practices

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

. Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders

. Translate business needs into actionable technical plans

. Manage external partners to ensure quality delivery within timelines

. Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes in a clear and structured manner

Requirement

. Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or Information Systems

. Approximately 5-10 years of relevant experience in data, analytics, or AI roles, including leadership exposure

. Strong hands-on experience with modern BI tools (e.g., dashboarding, data modelling, performance tuning, governance)

. Good understanding of data integration, data modelling, and analytics platforms
