Conversation & user understanding - Research how AI products communicate with users at depth, and help build a long-term, compounding model of individual user context and preference.
Multi-scenario interaction design - Investigate and ship interaction improvements across QA responses, task handling, and community/social engagement mechanics.
Strategy execution - Work hands-on with interaction strategy design, prompt engineering, and Skills definition and optimization.
Full lifecycle involvement - Support chatbot features end to end: problem framing, impact sizing, prioritization, system design, launch, and data-driven iteration.
Evaluation framework - Contribute to iterating our chatbot evaluation standards. Work with algorithm, operations, and annotation teams to run evaluation cycles, refine model strategy, resolve live bad cases, and lift user satisfaction.
Market & competitive research - Analyse the competitive landscape and turn findings into product proposals that inform real positioning decisions.
Cross-functional partnership - Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and algorithm teams to push model capability forward through strategy iteration.

What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics or a related field is preferred
Ability to take a specific user experience problem, abstract it into a logical concept, and translate it into an LLM product solution or Skill design - this is the core skill we're hiring for.
Clear structured thinking and comfort with systems abstraction able to independently break down and make progress on complex product strategy problems.
Strong communication and coordination skills - you can pull together input from algorithm, engineering, and research partners and keep a project moving.
Genuine enthusiasm for AI, with a solid grasp of large model technology and where the field is heading.
Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months), Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply

Prior internship experience in AI product management, e-commerce AI customer service, or conversational AI systems.
Experience in a strategy PM capacity - designing rules or strategies and following them through to measured online impact.
Project or internship experience in search, recommendation, or ranking.
Hands-on exposure to LLM/AIGC capability building or core strategy planning.
Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, or multi-agent architectures.
Strong data sense - you can read a metric movement, form a testable hypothesis about what's driving it, and design the check. Comfort with SQL or product analytics tools.
