AI Chatbot & Automation Engineer (Contract)

About the client:

Our client is a Reputed Technology Company.

Responsibilities:

• Involve development or implementation but focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, monitoring, and support of the integrated systems.
• Monitor and maintain the chatbot interface within Microsoft Teams.
• Ensure seamless operation of workflows between Microsoft Teams and ServiceNow.
• Support incident and service request creation via ServiceNow REST APIs triggered by chatbot interactions
• Operate and maintain Ansible playbooks for storage automation (PowerScale or PowerStore).
• Monitor Day 2 operations triggered via ServiceNow workflows e.g., provisioning, configuration changes
• Participate in governance meetings and provide operational insights.
• Ensure compliance with solution architecture and automation best practices.

Requirement:

• Strong operational experience with Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow, and Ansible.
• Familiarity with REST API operations and workflow monitoring.
• Experience in managing Day 2 operations in enterprise environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in ServiceNow or Ansible.
• Experience with storage platforms like PowerScale or PowerStore
