AI Capability Building Consultant

. Must have a minimum of 8-10 years of IT experience with 1-3 years of experience in program management, learning & development, capability building, or a related field.

. Demonstrated interest in and hands-on use of AI productivity tools (e.g. generative AItools) able to contextualize AI concepts for non-technical audiences.

. Strong communication and facilitation skills comfortable engaging diverse groups across seniority levels.

. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders concurrently.

. Proactive and collaborative team player who takes ownership and follows through on commitments.

. Resilience and flexibility to navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape and adjust programs accordingly
