Job Description
- Identify AI opportunities in Operations workflows (productivity, quality, cost, risk) and lead Proof of Concept (PoC) development to validate impact and scalability
- Design and support rollout of organic AI use cases, Standard Operating Procedures, and playbooks for Operations teams.
- Run demonstrations, training, and onboarding sessions to increase AI tool adoption.
- Coordinate cross-functional AI initiatives (planning, follow-ups, timelines, status).
- Collect user feedback and performance data to improve AI solutions.
- Help define and track Key Performance Indicators for AI adoption and impact.
- Support basic AI governance activities (usage guidelines, guardrails, documentation)
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably in Business Analytics, Statistics, and Engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience in Operations, Business Ops, Project Management, Business Analysis, or similar.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- Basic understanding of AI products (e.g. what LLMs can / cannot do, typical business use cases)
- Good business sense able to understand workflows, pain points, and success metrics.
- Project coordination skills comfortable organising tasks, following up with stakeholders, and keeping projects on track.
- Able to work with spreadsheets / dashboards, slice data, and draw simple insights.
