Job Summary

Assist in automating recruitment administration and workflows to improve recruiter productivity. Collaborate with recruiters to monitor errors and quantify time saved through effective use of automation tools and data integration.

Responsibilities

Automate repetitive recruitment administration tasks to increase efficiency
Support integration and maintenance of connect forms, email systems, ATS/CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and databases
Develop and build CV extraction and candidate-profile workflows to streamline candidate processing
Automate controlled follow-ups and scheduling to enhance recruitment communication
Test and document recruiter productivity workflows to ensure accuracy and usability
Collaborate with recruiters to monitor errors and measure time saved through automation improvements
Learn recruitment workflows quickly and document processes clearly under recruiter supervision

Preferred competencies and qualifications

1-3 years of relevant experience with practical evidence appropriate to the seniority level
Knowledge of large language models (LLMs), APIs, and automation platforms such as Power Automate, Make, Zapier, or n8n
Experience with SQL and basic scripting to support workflow automation
Diploma, degree, or equivalent practical experience in a relevant technical, business, or creative discipline
