About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary AI Architect to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions while ensuring ethical and responsible AI practices. This role combines technical expertise in AI systems with strategic oversight of AI deployment pipelines and governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Lead AI deployment pipelines (MLOps) including model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into products and services.
- Ensure AI implementations adhere to ethical standards, frameworks, and guidelines (e.g., EU AI Act, IEEE Ethically Aligned Design).
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend best practices to enhance AI strategy and implementation.
- Mentor and guide technical teams on AI architecture, MLOps processes, and responsible AI principles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and deploying AI solutions at scale.
- Strong knowledge of AI deployment pipelines (MLOps) including automation, CI/CD, and monitoring.
- Familiarity with AI ethics frameworks and guidelines (EU AI Act, IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI tools/libraries is a plus.
