As an AI and Data Strategy Consultant, you will serve as a strategic advisor to government agencies, guiding them through AI adoption and business transformation by focusing on the people, process, and governance aspects of AI implementation.

What will you do

Strategic Advisory

• Conduct AI maturity assessments for agencies.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for agency-wide AI adoption and transformation initiatives.

Governance & Compliance

• Design Responsible AI frameworks aligned with national standards.
• Establish Data Governance policies to ensure secure and ethical AI deployment.

People & Skills Enablement

• Lead workstreams to prepare the workforce for AI-powered transformation.
• Advise on change management and skills development for AI adoption.
  
  

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 3 5 years in strategy or people-centric consulting
• Strong analytical mindset, fast learner, and ability to translate abstract AI concepts into actionable business cases.
