AI Analyst shall be responsible for on-site execution support for AI Governance engagements, contributing to assessment, design, and documentation of AI governance frameworks, operating models, and controls.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Up to 5-8 years of experience in the following work areas
- Current-state discovery and assessment support (AI/Data/Model)
- Policy and framework development support (GenAI + ML governance documentation)
- Governance operating model support (structures, decision rights, forums, workflows)
- Controls, gates, and templates development (intake, risk assessment, approvals, exceptions)
- Stakeholder engagement support (workshop prep, facilitation support, follow-ups)
- Experience supporting framework, policy, or operating model documentation in regulated or complex environments is preferred.
Technical & Domain Knowledge
- Working knowledge of AI / ML and GenAI concepts, model lifecycle stages, and data flows.
- Familiarity with AI governance, model risk management, data governance, or technology risk frameworks.
- Understanding of SDLC / ML lifecycle processes and approval gates.
- Exposure to risk and control concepts, including control design, evidence, and traceability.
- Awareness of relevant regulations or guidelines (e.g., AI governance principles, data protection, model risk, technology risk) is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to structure ambiguous information into clear, usable governance artifacts.
- Experience supporting workshops, stakeholder interviews, and review cycles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines in a project-based environment.
- Comfortable working on-site with client stakeholders.
Contract duration : 6 months extendable
