Details of the Division and Team:
The Private Bank Transformation Team leads the modernization of client lifecycle processes across onboarding, KYC, Source of Wealth (SoW), ongoing reviews, and surveillancealigned activities. The team embeds advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities-machine learning, generative AI, and agentic workflows-into core Private Banking operations. Operating through crossfunctional Agile squads, the division partners with Business, Compliance, AFC, Technology, and Data groups to deliver safe, explainable and scalable AI capabilities.
The VP - AI Analyst is a senior contributor responsible for shaping and delivering AI solutions across Private Banking. The role bridges business policy owners, SMEs, and technical teams, ensuring AI solutions are compliant, explainable, and operationally effective. The VP leads endtoend delivery of AI use cases-from problem definition to deployment-while setting standards for requirements, evaluation methods, and governance.

Your key responsibilities:
1. AI Strategy & Use Case Leadership
Partner with Transformation and Business Process Owners in identification and prioritisation of AI opportunities
Translate Private Banking business requirements (immediate focus is KYC processes) into AI ready requirements
Partner with AI Engineers to design explainable, resilient AI workflows
Maintain specifications, evaluation datasets, and guardrails.
2. Data, Insights & Model Oversight
Lead data exploration and quality assessment.
Guide modelling approaches, prompt design, and evaluation methods.
Oversee model diagnostics and performance reviews.
Contribute to shared evaluation and testing frameworks.
3. Business Alignment & Governance
Act as key partner to Business, Compliance, AFC, and Audit.
Ensure alignment with governance standards and regulatory expectations.
Produce clear documentation and model explanations.
Support risk assessment and audit readiness.
4. Cross Functional Delivery & Stakeholder Leadership
Lead delivery of selected AI initiatives and manage cross team dependencies.
Support requirement writing, acceptance criteria, and testing.
Drive UAT with business users.
Present solutions and insights to stakeholders.
5. Adoption & Change Management
Oversee training, rollout, and operational readiness.
Lead feedback loops and iterative improvements.
Track usage, adoption, and business impact.
Promote reuse of AI assets across regions and teams.
Your skills and experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in AI, analytics, product, or business analysis in a financial services industry with private banking knowledge.
Exposure to developing or implementing AI/ML solutions.
Ability to translate business rules into structured AI requirements.
Understanding of Private Banking KYC/SoW processes and controls.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, model evaluation, and explainability.
Ability to work with structured and unstructured data.
Knowledge of version control, testing frameworks, and governance tools.
Strong analytical judgement with a balance of innovation and risk control.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile delivery and collaborative documentation tools.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
