Job Summary

Join Mclink Asia as a consultative sales professional to drive business growth by identifying and delivering Photocopier, AI, IT infrastructure, and ERP solutions that enhance productivity and automate workflows for diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand customer accounts by identifying new business opportunities in Photocopier, AI, IT, and ERP workplace solutions
• Engage and build trusted relationships with business owners, managing directors, and operational managers to understand their technology needs
• Conduct detailed business discovery sessions to assess customer challenges and requirements
• Recommend tailored Photocopier, AI, automation, and business technology solutions to address client needs and improve efficiency
• Prepare clear, persuasive proposals, quotations, and solution presentations to support sales efforts
• Collaborate closely with technical consultants and implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery
• Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of B2B sales experience in sectors such as office equipment, IT products and services, SaaS/software sales, ERP solutions, telecommunications, office supplies, business services, managed services, cloud solutions, document management, recruitment and HR solutions, or logistics and business operations services
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage decision-makers and business owners
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer needs and business value creation
• Interest in Photocopier, AI, business technology, and digital transformation sectors
