Futures Trader – Agriculture (China vs. Global Arbitrage)

We're a diversified investment firm trading equities, commodities, FX, and fixed income (bonds, credit & rates) globally. We run market-neutral strategies to reduce exposure to market swings while capturing upside, aiming for risk-adjusted returns and strong liquidity.

We're looking for a Futures Trader to help build out our agriculture desk — owning the trading book and driving revenue.

What you'll do

• Design and run China-vs-global arbitrage strategies across agricultural commodities e.g. grains (corn, wheat), vegetable oils (soybean oil, palm oil), soybeans, and related products trading both onshore and offshore
• Own execution for agricultural futures arbitrage end-to-end
• Track positions, brokerage/bank funds, and monthly holdings across the book; keep the trading supervisor updated
• Research the agriculture sector e.g. market trends, industry data, and produce written analysis
• Spot and evaluate new trading opportunities in agricultural commodities

What you'll need

• 3+ years in futures or securities trading, with a proven track record in futures/commodities arbitrage
• Sharp market instincts, strong analytical and organizational skills, and clear communication
• Self-starter who takes ownership, solves problems, and works well under pressure in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree or higher in economics, finance, math, statistics, engineering, or similar
