Drive profitable growth of the service agreement portfolio by securing new service agreements, renewing existing agreements with enhanced value or scope, and strengthening customer retention through proactive relationship management.
- Sell new and renewal service agreements to prospective and existing customers.
- Build, maintain, and enhance customer relationships to support profitable growth and long-term retention.
- Prepare quotations and tenders, negotiating terms in alignment with company contractual guidelines and Delegation of Authority approvals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure proper documentation across all sales activities.
- Ensure the accuracy of agreement, customer, and asset data for all assigned sales cases.
- Conduct effective Business Reviews for assigned agreements, utilizing the online customer portal as required.
- Ensure smooth handover of agreement details to Administrators/Planners and coordinate any necessary updates during the contract period.
- Support Finance and Administrators in following up with customers to enable timely invoicing and prompt collections.
- Promote additional non-agreement services and products, with emphasis on asset modernizations and spare parts needs.
- Contribute to team-level sales forecasting, strategy development, Annual Plans, and Long-Term Plans.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Sales, Engineering, or a relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Engineering
- Proficiency with Siebel CRM or similar systems
- Prior exposure to industrial machinery and/or industrial maintenance
