Job Responsibilities:
Ensure profitable growth of Agreement Base by selling new Service Agreements, renewing existing Agreements with added value/scope, and ensuring customer retention via active relationship management.
. The Sale of new and renewal Service Agreements to potential customers
. Maintain and develop business relationships with customers to ensure profitable growth and customer retention
. Prepare quotations and tenders and negotiate their terms according to company Contractual Instructions and grant approvals according to Delegation of Authority
. Follow good CRM practices on all Sales Case and Activity monitoring and handling
. Responsible for agreement, customer, and asset data quality for the related Sales Cases
. Responsible for proper execution of Business Reviews for the related Agreements, utilizing the online customer portal
. Responsible for proper handover of all agreement details to Administrators/Planners and coordinate any needed changes during active agreement period
. Assist Finance & Administrators to follow up with customers to ensure timely invoicing and prompt collection of any overdue debts
. Actively promote other non-agreement Services and Products, focusing on asset Modernizations and Spare Part needs
. Assist in creating team level sales forecasts, strategies, Annual Plans and Long-Term Plans
Job Requirements:
. Minimum Diploma in Sales, Engineering, or related field
. 1-2 year/s of Engineering or Sales experience
. Experience working with Siebel CRM or similar tools
. Prior exposure to industrial machinery and/or industrial maintenance
