Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Agile / Project Manager to lead projects and drive successful delivery in Singapore. In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies, ensure projects meet business objectives, and foster continuous improvement in processes and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects across multiple teams using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop project plans, track progress, and manage budgets, timelines, and resources
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
- Coach and support team members on Agile principles and best practices
- Ensure effective communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
- Monitor project performance, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and high performance
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello), and practices
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Agile certification (Scrum Master, PMP, or PMI-ACP) is highly preferred
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Singapore/SEA business environment is an advantage
